Our journey began with inspiration from South Florida Speed School, a program dedicated to developing elite athletic performance. Recognizing a gap in Kentucky for this type of specialized training, we set out to create a program that helps athletes become faster, stronger, and more competitive in their sports. At Central Kentucky Speed School, we tailor our programs to meet the unique needs of each athlete, ensuring personalized development and measurable progress. In the next 6-12 months, our goal is to reach 50+ kids who are ready to take their performance to the next level during the summer. But we’re thinking even bigger—over the next 3-5 years, we aim to expand across the state, host speed and track competitions, and raise funds to improve local high school weight rooms, giving athletes access to the best training environments possible.
